| | North East Precision adds a CNC Horizontal Machining Center.

East Precision has purchased a new Kiwa KH-45g Horizontal Machining Center
equipped with twin pallets, Chick 4-sided Multi-Lock Workholding systems, 1000
PSI Through Spindle Coolant and Fanuc 32i control.
North East Precision adds a LaserQC Laser Inspection System.
North East Precision has purchased a Virtek LaserQC machine for enhanced
Quality Control and productivity within our Sheet Metal Department. This
is a self-calibrating laser inspection system for first article inspection,
Statistical Process Control and reverse engineering of 2D materials.
North East Precision adds a large capacity CNC Machining Center.
North East Precision recently purchased a new AmeraSeiki A-5 CNC Machining
Center. This vertical machining center has travels of 63" x 31.5" x 27.5"
and is equipped with a full 4th. axis Rotary Table. It also features a 50
taper 6000 RPM spindle with hi-pressure thru the spindle coolant and is driven
with a 25 HP 2-speed geared drive. This machine will handle a 5000 lb.
table load and is ready to take on your larger parts.
North East Precision adds large diameter CNC turning capacity.
North East Precision recently purchased a new Supermax TC-36 CNC Turning
Center which will more than double our previous size capacity. This 35 HP
geared head lathe will swing 27" over the bed and has a maximum turning diameter
of 23.2". The standard turning diameter is 13.3" x 47.3" using the
programmable tailstock. Bar capacity is 3.5" thru the spindle.
North East Precision adds CNC Mills to the Tooling Department.
In addition to another CNC Mill which was added to the Milling Department
this year, we have also recently purchased a pair of ProtoTrak Bed Mills for the
Tooling Department. This brings the Tooling area up to 3 CNC mills plus
the standard assortment of manual machines.
North East Precision adds Punching Capacity.
North East Precision recently added a Strippit Model TK1000 CNC Turret Punch
to the Fab Department in order to increase our punching capacity. We now
have 3 CNC Punches on line to service your sheet metal punching requirements.
North East Precision adds CNC Screw Machine capabilities with a new Tsugami
BS-32 Swiss Style Screw Machine.
North East Precision has added a new Tsugami BS-32 Swiss Type, 7 Axis
Screw Machine with a 12 foot LNS Hydrobar bar feeder to better service our
customers with medium to high volume precision parts. This machine is up
and running and ready to make your small to medium sized parts with screw
machine efficiency.
